With his series If you close the door, the night could last forever Roland Iselin embarked on the exciting journey of defining his own visual approach to artistic documentary photography in the mid-1990s. Over the course of several years he captured with his camera the diversity of Zurich’s nightlife, from religious festivals and balls, tango and folklore evenings, to techno raves. His use of flash lighting lends his images continuity in color and concept.
