In Dream Villa Dayanita Singh explores how the night transforms what seems ordinary by day into something mysterious and unsettling. This series of colour photographs presents a landscape which exists as much in the artist's imagination as in the real world. Singh travels to many different cities never knowing where Dream Villa or its inhabitants will present themselves. It is a place where nothing is quite as it seems to be – it comes alive at night, when all is lit by artificial light and the moon is just ornamentation.

Return policy

The product return period is 30 days from the date the product was received. Excluded from this are memberships, vouchers and e-tickets, which cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:
– For damaged items, unless they have already been received damaged.
– If accessories are missing.
– If the return period has passed.

Provided the product can be returned, the full price will be refunded.

Postage costs for returning items are generally paid by the sender. After individual examination, the return costs may be borne by the Fotomuseum Winterthur.
