Open without being revelatory, Sabrina Biro’s installation Nothing Can Stop Me Now plays with the meaning and productive appropriation of her own past. Laid out in four showcases, the photographs depict places, objects, and people, which clearly reveal their biographic nature through suggestive interplay. The images’ flash lighting, framing and composition objectify the depictions. The work questions whether photography can merely depict ‘how it was’ or if it can also capture ‘how it felt.
